This is a get-real blog about the dangers in the world around us and ways to be safer in our everyday lives.  Look for life-hacks, discussion about safety in your home and as you go through your day, and various tips on living a life without falling victim to a crime.

I also offer a 2-hour personal protection class for businesses, small groups, and private sessions for a max of 4 people.  I don’t instruct ‘self-defense’ classes. I do offer real advice about safety, provide useful information on ways to avoid criminals, and attempt to channel your inner bad-ass.
